Harshit also has experience of teaching and research in the field of disability laws,
alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, criminology and interpretation of statutes.
He advises clients on company law, insolvency and bankruptcy law,
debt recovery law, commercial law and is regularly representing corporates and individuals at various forums.
He has experience of representing various authorities and departments before the High Court of Delhi and the
